How do I know if my computer is compatible?
You'll need to have Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition or higher, or a Macintosh-based operating system, and an Ethernet port or USB port. The USB port will require a USB/Ethernet adapter.

Will my EVDO work with my laptop?
Your laptops can connect to EVDO by using a USB Modem. Just plug the modem into your laptops standard USB port to connect. When you choose your device, look at the Specifications to ensure it will work with your particular laptop.

Can I use my EVDO USB Modem on a desktop computer?
Absolutely. All of our USB's can be used in desktop computers as long as the computer is inside the EVDO coverage area and it meets all the minimum technical requirements.

Does EVDO work with Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X and Linux?
The EVDO modem devices are supported in Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7, Mac OS X 10.5 and Mac OS X 10.6.

The EVDO (3G/WiMAX) device is supported in Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.

The EVDO Home Modems are supported in Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7, Mac OS X 10.5 and Mac OS X 10.6. Linux will also work with our Home modems because there are no drivers necessary.

Can I use EVDO Service in other cities?
You can use your EVDO service in any city where there is an EVDO network. We are constantly expanding our coverage to provide more high speed wireless locations throughout the country; Please call to make sure the coverage is available in your location.

Can I use my EVDO service while traveling internationally?
The answer is an emphatic no.

What is the difference between 3G and 4G?
4G is 4x faster than 3G so that means super fast speeds.

How do I find out if I have 3G/4G coverage?
To be sure, just enter your street address and zip code in the coverage map at:

What is the warranty?
The hardware is free for you to use. In the event the modem and/or the antenna is broken, you will get a free replacement from us.

Billing/Account
Your account is billed each month before usage starts

Charges and Fees
Your account is charged $249.00 for activation, provisioning and warranty of the hardware at the beginning of the 1 year agreement. And you are also billed $89.00 at the beginning of each contract month.

Delivery
Upon signing the one year contract, we will provision and activate the modem and antenna. Thereafter you will receive the equipment with 5 business days via United Postal service.
